Dr. Betancourt is a blessing, his staff very friendly and professional. I received clear instructions, reminders and evrrything was puntual. I felt very safe there having my wisdom teeth removed under sedation. It was painless and I am not that young anymore!!!

We had a consultation today with Dr. Kay Betancourt for my 10 year old daughter who has physical and intellectual disabilities due to a rare genetic disorder. Everyone there was so incredibly patient, kind, and helpful during the appointment. In particular, Dr. Kay Betancourt and her assistant Laurie were wonderful with my daughter. Another staff member, Lauren(I believe!), walked us out with an umbrella as it was pouring rain as we left.
We look forward to returning soon for a further consultation!

I never met Dr. James Betancourt before, nor have I been a patient of his. But I want the world to know that Dr. Betancourt is a very kind and generous human being. I was in Miller's Pharmacy to pay for a prescription cream and their credit card system was down and I couldn't pay for my prescription any other way. Dr. Betancourt happened to be behind me in line and offered to pay for the prescription for me. He saved me a lot of trouble and was very generous of him to do that. I'm sure he treats his patients with the same generosity.

He won’t steer you wrong and does what’s absolutely necessary in a professional and gentle manner. Vero Beach is lucky to have him here! EXCELLENT DENTIST!!!!!! I was referred to DR. JAMES BETANCOURT by my dentist for an opinion about my implants. After examination, he sat with me to explain his observations while simultaneously pointing to my x-rays for a thorough explanation. He then sent instructions to my dentist on his findings and, in his opinion, the best approach in treatment. I was so impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, thorough explanation "AND" bedside manner. Thankfully, my dentist concurred with Dr. James Betancourt and sent me back to him to have the procedure done. I would definitely not hesitate to refer patients to him. As a matter of fact, I know someone who recently had the same procedure but sadly hers turned into a nightmare. I can't wait to show her how professional and satisfying my procedure went. I've been truly impressed by Dr. Betancourt and felt safe and relaxed during the procedure. HE'S VERY GENTLE as well!!!! I have nothing but appreciation for the depth in knowledge he possesses AND how he shares his professional opinions.

Anything below a 5-STAR rating is profoundly neglectful of his vast experience and knowledge. (A man who is his own lawyer, has a fool for a client.) Just the same, a person who has not studied and practiced dentistry yet finds their opinion to be better than that of a skilled dentist with over 25 years is foolish.

I can’t say enough positives about this orthodontist. We were in an emergency situation while vacationing, and they saw us within ten minutes of our phone call. It was an incredible amount of care in a situation of need for us. I am truly thankful for the time and attention Dr. Betancourt invested!
