You shouldn't have to wait over an hour,for your appointment. I left and changed my primary right away it was only my second appointment. I just don't get it.

I am a new patient to this practice and I just want to say how extraordinarily happy I am that I found Broward Family Medial Group. I see Megan Waskin, ARNP and I just love her. She explained all my test results to me and I really felt like I mattered, not something I am used to from my previous General Practitioner. She is so knowledgeable, attentive and personable, I felt at ease and overall very pleased with my treatment. The girls in the office are very nice and a pleasure to talk with. Thank you Megan and the whole Broward Family Medical Group family!!!

I would like to share how I am truly thankful for the staff at Broward family medical. I have been to alot of doctors, from spinal surgery, hand surgery etc.. and I am blessed to know them there. Megan is a wonderful person, who truly cares about you, and straitforward tells you the truth. Things you need to do, and how to live a better life. The whole staff from Megan, Glenn, nurses, and the reception staff are an A+ in my book.

Wonderful approach to medical care-- Glen and Megan Waskin work together as a married couple and make you feel like they genuinely care about your health and wellbeing beyond whatever is currently ailing you. My husband and I travel down from Jupiter to see the Waskins because they look at the big picture, and encourage us to be involved in our spouse's medical and healthcare. We've had some unfortunate experiences with other doctors and medical situations in the past, and we felt so relieved when we finally found healthcare providers who would take the time to listen and always go the extra mile to make sure we are comfortable and healthy. It's also great to go to a young doc who is inclusive, non-judgemental, and always warm and welcoming! Highly recommended for patients of all ages, particularly if you are young and just getting started in your adult life of checkups and routine physicals for preventative healthcare. The Waskins will take the time to make sure you understand the science and medical terms, and explain things in a way that feels easy-going but still knowledgable and professional. Can't say enough good things about these two.

I am now on hold for 7 minutes, someone picks up the phone and puts it back on hold. All I said was good morning,"I am a new patient & would like to make an appt." The young lady on the line said, "Hold on a second" now its been 9 minutes...

Really? It takes this long to make an appt. What if it's an emergency?

I live right down the block, I think I will take a walk and say this all in person.
