I have been to several physical therapist over the years for different reasons. Your staff at the Babcock street office are amazing! From the minute you walk into the reception area and are greeted by Jeanna with a caring helpful smile to the two young professional women therapists that assisted me are so friendly, positive, encouraging and caring. I have worked with PTs Mac, Akshay, and Jamie in Palm Bay for my knees, back and Vertigo They were all excellent and easy to work with on all the issues. I also worked with Akshay to get ready for my knee replacement surgery. It really made a difference on my recovery after the surgery. Gena the Receptionist is so helpful and friendly. I went here for Sciatica pain and it helped tremendously, I am supposed to keep up with it at home which I find difficult to schedule time for, it's definitely much easier with someone guiding you through the way. Gena was always welcoming at the door. Always put a smile on my face. I had Jamie and Akshay as my physical therapists, and they always made sure I wasn't in any pain or discomfort before continuing an exercise. I found I was never in any extra amount of pain after attending a pt session, only soreness was evident. Which was a great pleasure since my previous pt location had me in agony every step of the way. I can't recommend this place enough! They are extremely patient with you and guide you through every little step of the way! And they're attentive to if you're using your muscles properly! (I always forgot to engage the correct muscles without a reminder)

WOW !!!, If you’re looking for a great physical therapist in the Palm Bay area, this is the place. The staff, Gena, and therapists here really do care. Mac and Jamie are terrific therapist, and are excellent in their profession. I've been dealing with lower back pain for years, and since completing a medical procedure, and attending physical therapy, they have helped me tremendously. No more pain!!! I would highly recommend AxisPro for all your therapy/recovery needs. Best therapy in Palm Bay.

I arrived at AxisPro after having a right anterior hip replacement. Akshay and Jamie both helped me through the process of rehab. Working with them they built up my strength and confidence in my new hip. I could not have progressed as quickly or has smoothly as I did. It was hard work at times but they always had smiles on their faces and made it fun. I could not have accomplished the rehab without them. Thank you

Therapists Erica and Terry are both amazing! They very respectfully, carefully, and professionally treated my right shoulder for several weeks until it healed. This was my 2nd time I got treatment at this clinic. The first time, a couple years ago, Terry took care of my left shoulder with the dedication and knowledge that make him an outstanding therapist. Note: My official name is Jose David Torres, my insurance card only shows Jose Torres, so both Erica and Terry know me by Jose.

The physical therapy staff is very pleasant, although I was only there twice: the first time for the evaluation of need, and the second time for the initial PT session. My impressions are limited; yet, that being said, their approach is similar to other PT facilities where I have had extensive sessions. Technically, I saw nothing out of the ordinary (and I was not given a Plan of Action, a goal-setting and "plan of attack" against which my progress would be measured during and after the completion of my PT. That was, I think (as a professional in the cognitive field of medical practice) a big no-no. Since I saw that the therapy was not being directed toward the indication by my PCP, and since I had done PT previously, I saw no value in continuing. Upon consultation with my PCP, we decided to discontinue the PT, and approach the issue from a different direction (too long to outline). Now here is where I felt that AxisPro worked against my situation. When I informed them (the person who answered the phone call) that I would be cancelling my PT, as per my PCP, I was told that if I did not show up for my appointment (within the 24 cancellation policy), I would be charged $60.00 as a "no-show". I explained that I had suffered an accident, which made driving there questionable. There was NO GIVE in the 24-hour rule (my appointment was at 8am and I called at 12 noon the day before). I have NEVER been given this type of ultimatum by any medical professional's office. I was further told that a "final evaluation" appointment was mandatory, even though I had only had ONE PT session. There was also NO GIVE, and was told that they must provide my PCP with a report. So I was forced to go, or else be faced with a 1-1/2 times the charge over a regular session ($45.00). The "final evaluation" was brief (as per my explanation of the lack of need for it). It was basically useless because they were evaluating NOTHING that reflected any real progress (one PT session proved nothing AND I HAD NEVER EVEN SEEN THE PT PLAN OF ACTION). Finally, my impression was that: 1) AxisPro was simply trying to get money out of me and my insurance company, and 2) there was absolutely no consideration for my particular circumstance (my PCP would not have even expected a final report). I do not think that a medical facility should treat a patient in such a manner (I certainly never do so), given my particular circumstance. I have spoken to the appropriate sources to address this issue.

I didn’t even make it to therapy with this place. They require that you put a credit card on file in case anything happens for missed appointments. I’m 59 years old never in my life did any type of therapy that I’ve had in the past required a credit card on file. Now, after reading their other reviews, I can see why they would do that because they take advantage of that even in situations that can’t be helped so I would never do business with this place
And the fact that without putting a credit card on file, they won’t even see you tells you what kind of scams they’re running here. I will continue to put reviews on every platform that I see about this disgusting practice.
