My mother never received a call or voice mail stating her doctor is no longer working in this office. I have called three times and have left a voice mail regarding what will be the next proper steps for my mother to be seen after the exams she was asked to take. I HAVE NOT RECEIEVED A CALL YET! This is literally MY FOURTH TIME REACHING OUT ON MY MOTHERS HEALTH. I go in person they aren’t much help either !!

I am a patient since 1987
I never had a problem with my treatments , my Primary doctor is Dr Thomas Ortiz, my all family are patients of Forest Hill
All the employees that were not capable were removed . At this point A1 service with their new system and employee care .

Very good first experience. It felt hospitable- the nurses and admin staff were warm and agreeable. The doctor was engaging and relatable; had a listening ear and was clear in his conversation of service. Praying this is a consistent practice!

They treat me very well and are very patient with me. I could be a lot to deal with especially when I do not understand something but they never make me feel that way. In all of my years going here I have not once had a problem. Highly recommend!

I have always had a good experience with Forest Hill Family Health Associates now known as Village Medical. Dr. Thomas Ortiz has always been my #1 Doctor. All these years he gives exceptional service and he gives each one of his patients the time and care to listen to there concerns and gives expert advice on all of your questions. So if you want loving and caring service I would highly recommend Village Medical - Forest Hill Family Health Associates. The Office has always been clean and neat and follows Covid 19 Guidelines. The Office Staff from the Receptionist to the Assistants to the Doctors are very Friendly and show concern for your well being.

My Dad's Primary Physician Dr. Ortiz's Office. The staff and doctors have always shown professionalism and given excellent to him. They are amazed at his intellect and knowledge about his health and ability to recall his medical issues, medications etc. He is approaching his 95 birthday this August.
