My Dad has been there since July & the owner & staff work very hard to meet his needs. The facility has improved greatly since June; I was told the owner took over in Jan. 2024. Although my Dad has had some laundry issues ( bedding); the owner & staff have worked hard to correct the problem and any other issues I have brought up. The food has improved since the summer & more activities have been introduced. The facility is decorated for major holidays and the resident's birthdays are recognized. The Med techs are busy but doing a great job & maintenance is available as needed. I think all of the water & heat problems were taking care of before it got cold. Although my Dad used a heater at my home, I understand why it would be very dangerous & a fire hazard in this type of facility. I can see that the owner is steadily improving areas around the facility & definitely for the price, it is a fair to good facility to live in. ( Actual rating 3 1/2 stars).

My aunt has been at Reward Senior Care for almost year now. The owners have made many upgrades to the building and rooms. My aunt likes the food and all the activities they have for the residents. They treat her like she is their family member. I totally am thankful for the care she receives there!

Some residents do not have heat or hot water!!!! This has been an ongoing issue that has not been resolved and it is now deep into winter! They are not even allowed to have space heaters because it's a fire hazard. So they're just supposed to sit in their rooms and freeze

What is being done to these residents is cruel and illegal. They allowed new tenants to unknowingly sign up for unheated rooms while it was still summer. Do not let this place get away with that!

They only care about the money. Do NOT send your loved ones here. Understaffed, abusive workers. Director Jackie is a joke who will make up lies and tell you what you want to hear. My father was promised one room and one roommate and when we came to visit he was moved to another room, without our knowledge, with four people in the room. Food is inadequate and sometimes spoiled and facility is dirty. Too many other issues to mention. Go anywhere else!

I am impressed by the changes that are happening here at Hamilton Hills. There are lots of rennovations taking place and as soon as you walk in the door you sense an immediate welcoming feeling. We have some new staff that are working diligently to continue to make positive changes. The new Executive Director is a welcome change the facility. Come and visit and see the new direction the facility is taking - good things are happening at Hamilton HIlls Personal Care Home and I look forward to seeing and being a part of the transformation.
