I called their office as a new patient and the staff was so rude and wouldn't tell me when their earliest appointment was without a referral and her tone was outright condescending. I understand they need a referral, but as a new patient its fair to know when they have an earliest available appointment so see if I could wait that long .

The phones weren’t working and I was put on hold for an appointment and the line got lost. When I tried calling back the person was a bit rude. They called me back an hour later for next appointment

Phones should work properly and staff should be better with patients.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Qiao for 5 years. He’s great. He explains everything and gives me all information I need. I like that he’s reasonable and is not trying to prescribe me more medication than I need or more procedures that I don’t need.
