I have been going this pharmacy for very long time I’ve been to several s before this pharmacy Jesse and Nancy are leagues above any other pharmacist never ever not even close to having a hard time it’s refreshing to know there are still very very good people in this world. I promise you this pharmacy cares about our well being she is very fast on filling prescriptions always is really fun to talk she treats me like a human being not a source of income her experience is second to none. Jesse has been my pharmacist for about 5 years since I first moved to Lake Forest. This place reminded me of smaller 'mom and pops' places back home and I've had nothing but the best experience with service and even pricing. She has gone above and beyond many times to help me right at closing and more. I've actually moved back to NC now and I'm still being helped today. Couldn't ask for more, thank you Saddleback.

Jessie and crew are fantastic. I don't know how they can keep everything straight, but they remember your name and most of your prescriptions off the top of their heads. I've noticed it getting a little busier lately. No surprise. Great neighborhood pharmacist. I drive from Mission Viejo.

Medical Arts Pharmacy is THE BEST pharmacy I have ever known. PERIOD
They are pet friendly too ! As a disabled veteran, I am oftentimes accompanied by my emotional support dog Daisy. We have always felt welcome and Daisy is exited to go when we pick up our medications. They are also able to deliver prescriptions to my home, which also has been a lifesaver. Yesterday when I arrived, an obscene customer began to verbally attack me after my dog made ONE bark when another customer walked in. He loudly shouted "SHUT THAT DOG UP!" Keep in mind, this is a tiny little pup, and it was only ONE bark. I was like " really?" Without hesitation, Nancy came to the rescue and escorted that jerk out of the pharmacy.
Thank you Nancy, and thank God. I found Saddleback Medical Art's Pharmacy!

Have been going to this pharmacy for two years. Today I show up to fill up my script that I desperately needed and the pharmacist/owner was extremely rude and refused to fill my script because of “my insurance” she said I can’t fill for you because your insurance doesn’t pay me enough money. I asked if she could fill it one last time since she hadn’t given me a warning before hand and she refused to. On top of that she was extremely rude and didn’t even apologize for the absolute inconvenience. Now I’m without meds since every pharmacy is currently out of stock. Please do not go here.

Their really nice And always have my prescriptions Jesse is awesome I switched over from Walgreens and CVS and Walmart always had problems with them getting my medication
