Came all the way down from Oakland to Lodi. Have to see my father through a window. Cause of covid restrictions. Staff was so nice and caring.

Nice people. Hard working people.

I'd like to request that certain CNAs have some kind of consideration when family memember is in the room visiting WHY cant they change the ladys depends in the nice size bathrooms instead of the same room that we're in visiting ...I was gagging from the smell !!!! She could of have warned us what she was going to do!! I dont know her name but she has gray hair med length and skinny not my moms regular cna.... the facility no problem I enjoy going there No complaints

Nasty place. Actually 0 stars. Nasty kitchen.patients with bed sores. Staff is rude. Never have patients in hallways like most care facilities. Always in bed. So bad that they hard up for employees. Please don't leave your family in their poor care.
