We have recently been told by an employee at the store that the business has recently been sold to out of state (east coast) owners. The well-respected and well-liked previous owner, Diane, no longer owns nor operates the pharmacy. Instead the new owners have installed a man named "Eric" to run the pharmacy. Gone are the days of friendly and efficient service. Eric is lazy, rude, arrogant, unfriendly and unprofessional. Worst I have ever dealt with. In addition, the pricing policies are now very suspect. In addition, the new owners are apparently using photos of, and other information related to, the previous owner, Diane, to imply that the previous ownership is still in place. Seems like this might be fraudulent to us.

WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PHARMACY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. There are other independent pharmacies in the area under local ownership where they want your business and will treat you well. One such business is Palm Desert Pharmacy on Hwy 111, where the owner is friendly, ethical and really cares about his customers.

I love this pharmacy. Efficient and friendly always looking to provide the patient with the best cost. I changed business to this pharmacy hoping to avoid crowds and long waits. Mission accomplished!!!! They are also excellent at providing large quantities of certain medications that are utilized for office use.

I can never go to another pharmacy ever again. I use to go to CVS or Walgreens but I always had an issue getting my medication or having to wait hours just to pick up my script. Diane is amazing & the staff are always super friendly. Think the longest I’ve waited to get my meds is a couple minutes at most. Insurance is never an issue. If you want to pick up you medication fast or don’t want to deal with insurance issues this is the spot. I live in Indio so it takes me a good minute to get here but it’s sooo worth it. They also deliver. A++

Excellent and prompt service. I also could discuss with the pharmacist about the list of my medications interaction. What a refreshing experience! It brings back memory of the nostalgic, local independent pharmacy, where the staffs greeted you by name, and understand your health challenges.

This place is a scam, they have the elderly take surveys then they send random scripts to patients physicians to have them signed and bill insurance. They don’t know the patients, some have dementia! They are heartless and scam the elderly! Shame on them!!!!!
