LLPGM has atrocious management. It took me 5 months and a dozen phone calls after my 1st appointment for them to tell me they could not coordinate care with my insurance. Each time I called they asked for my insurance information again. Somehow it *never* stayed in my file despite sending them copies and giving the info over the phone several times. No one ever called me from the office; each time I had to call them. They lied to me multiple times telling me they were "waiting to hear back from my insurance". It wasn't until I called my insurance and got a LLPMG representative on the phone with insurance case manager on the phone that LLPMG fessed up. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.

Very excellent services provided at Loma Linda Psychiatric Group. Dr. Capuchino is thorough & most qualified. His receptionist administrator Monique is pleasant & makes me feel welcome juxtaposed to other office staff who are cold & uninviting.

After leaving 2 voicemails yesterday and 20 plus unanswered calls today to the location in Apply Valley. I decided to call this one in Colton. Cindy answered the phone after one ring and was more than happy to assist me on changing my son's appt to a video call appt. She also updated our phone number which I thought was done at the Apple valley location. Thank you Cindy for your outstanding customer service and patience. And your willingness to go above and beyond and cover for another office . Your a rock star ! We need more Cindy's at Loma Linda Psychiatric Medical group.

This clinic’s front staff is extremely unwilling and/or incompetent when it comes to medical care. I have been a patient of Dr. Farooqi for 4 years and love the care he provides. He has informed me abruptly stopping my medication can be fatal. And advised me not to.
Why is it every month I am going 2-3 weeks with out my medication because the front office staff either
1. Never answers
2. Is out of office
3. Never follows up on urgent matters
4. Refuses to call my medication into the pharmacy.

I have gone to the Emergency Room 3x this year due to side effects from going cold turkey off of my medication.

Also they will absolutely continue to rack up money you owe without informing you via an invoice notice. Apparently my insurance had an issue paying the clinic, they allowed 8 months to go by before calling me the day of my appointment (apparently their billing team finally did an audit) and refuse to let me see the doctor unless I paid the $1000 on the spot.

If you ask to speak to a manager, everyone you talk to will state they personally are “the higher up” when I ask to speak to their boss, it’s crickets, or “we will have them call you” and then more crickets.
This clinic is just waiting for a medical neglect/abandonment lawsuit.

I will NOT be giving my business to this clinic, it is not worth my mental health.

As everyone else here is stating, this office is completely unreliable, poorly organized and chaotic.

Their current listed phone number doesn't work, for instance, which until today the office manager was not aware of.

I was going here for 5 months ( I say was, I will not be anymore). In that entire time they
1. Had me fill out the same paperwork multiple times
2. Lost and needed my copay information multiple times
3. Repeatedly asked for the same insurance information.
4. Failed to follow up on calls and emails.

I had an insurance billing issue. For four months the office would call me, ask for my information again. I would explain to them what happened, and that they already had it. Give it to them again. The moment the phone is hung up they completely forget to take any other action, poof, gone. No process, no follow up, no action taken.

After finally calling and basically ranting at the office manager they were able to get an answer about my biling issue in ~1hr. Four months of nothing, when someone actually decided it was important enough to ACTUALLY TRY TO RESOLVE they had an answer in ~1hr.

I dont blame the office for the billing issue. Dr. Macias is very nice. The office is an absolute trainwreck and it's advisable to avoid this provider.

I like Dr. Farooqi, but I have never had a call or email to the office go smoothly. I often have to call in several times to even get a response.

Dr Macias keeps ghosting me. We have scheduled appointments over and over and the days that i actually am available she either cancels saying she's not available or she won't show up to the appointment, which is what is happening to me right now as i type this. Im in the virtual call and it says she will join in a few moments, it has been ten minutes. I am missing work. I told them i was gonna be late because i need to get my refill of the medications i haven't been on for over a month because i haven't been able to get into an appointment to talk with her for only FIFTEEN minutes about my medications. I called the place about 20 minutes before my appointment to ask for a link to get sent to me, they snt it to me, but 5 minutes after my appointment started i go to call the office and it's cut off. I hear beeps instead of rings and ive called about 10 times now in the last 13 minutes now that i have been waiting. I guess my brain will just screw me over until they decide to stop ghosting me.
