Went to union station on the 6th of Jan. Its the 9th. And still no results. Avoid using flow health for testing. You wont get your results.
(edit) took over a week to get my results... after calling and emailing multiple times. if they cant keep up with demand they shouldnt do it.

I had good experience with this company, but not this location. I got here before 5 am as I need to get tested. The nurses were very friendly, and opened the door at 5am to allow me to stay inside as it was cold. However, they had trouble looking me up in their system. They kept asking me where do I go to work, and which production I am from. I told them where I work, and I am not with any production. A supervisor showed up in 45 min, and she told me that this location only does Covid test for productions. They cannot test me even if I am willing to pay! They sent me home after 45 min for doing nothing at 5 am.

It would be better if they can update their website and gives the public a little more information about only testing people who work for productions. Also, public walk-ins are not allowed as there are people, like me, being desperate for finding places to do Covid test.

Two stars are for the nurses, who were so kind that they allowed me to stay inside in a cold weather.

The Service: They open at 6am. Great that they open so early so the COVID test wouldn't affect my other work schedule. The staffs were very nice & efficient. In & out there about just a few minutes.

The Parking: Street metered parking.

It worked well for us. We received Covid19 PCR test results very fast; less than 12 hours.

Echoing the comments of many others here: if you need your results back in a timely fashion, you should find another testing center. I had to delay a flight last night because I didn’t get my results in time, over 60 hours from when the test was taken. Even if the results come in today, they will be too old for my purposes (there’s a 72-hour maximum), so I have to get retested. I never had this problem with Curative.

I tested at the San Fernando Park location on Thursday. 1/6. Signs posted state results within 12-24 hours it's been 72 hours still no results. This is not right I need results to know if I can return to work or if I need to continue to quarantine!! This is not acceptable!! They should not be allowed to continue testing if they can't handle their current case load!! Don't know if it'll do any good but call or email your local representative let then know what's going on.. How do they trust the numbers the county puts out if these testing sites are behind on results?
UPDATE - results finally received on 1/10.

I tested for covid 19 at one of the pop up locations in the valley in early January. After 2 days I emailed customer care to see if there was any progress. I received an initial email back stating when my test was received at the lab and that I should get the results 48 to 72 hours from then. After then no other updates via email or on the patient portal. In the end After many calls and emails I still got no response. I can only assume that the test was lost and no one wants to admit that or that the company is a complete fraud and submitting to insurance companies fraudulent tests to receive payment. Very sketchy and shady. Any other place I have tested tracking was available. If you think you have covid do not bother going here to test. More than likely you will not ever know the results. I would never go here again. I realize testing is limited right now and workers are stretched but to not even have a way to track the progress is so frustrating. My advice find another lab to get tested. You will be better off. This company is a scam.

I tested twice before at Lincoln Park and the results came back in a day. Actually I got and email in the middle of the night my results were ready. Both times I went early there was only a handful of people waiting to be tested.
My third time I showed up 20 minutes before they were open for testing and there had to be at least 100 people ahead of me. The line moved quickly and they certainly had enough staff and tests for all the people in line.
I'm guessing they don't have the machine or manpower in the facility to process all the tests they collected.
