This place is the best. I had two knee surgeries this year and at one point was going to Potrero Physical Therapy twice a week. Celina was my physical therapist for all of my sessions and I cannot say enough great things about her. During each of my sessions, Celina was energetic, motivating, insightful, and patient. We worked together on a plan of care that both suited my schedule and aimed at getting me back to full health. The plans she created for me were never too rigid and had enough flexibility to not feel like a chore.

Other staff at Potrero Physical Therapy were great, too, as there were many times when I had to reschedule or cancel. Additionally, the app patients use to follow along with their home physical therapy was great since I can't remember anything and am not particularly good with instructions.

I don't normally write reviews, but I feel compelled to do so since I owe a great deal to the folks at Potrero Physical Therapy for getting me active and healthy again.

I only attended a few sessions but Jessica was very helpful and friendly. Both my knee and shoulder felt improved after doing several weeks of the exercises she provided. I recommend and will return when needed.

I have a tear in my rotator cuff. I was in a lot of pain and could not use my arm effectively. I was sure I would need surgery. My doctor referred me to Potrero Physical Therapy to see if we could head of surgery. After working with Nicole for a few months, my shoulder is back to 90% function. I have canceled my surgery. She is awesome.

Nicole is the best. She is knowledgeable and possesses the art of practice. I think the most important thing for physical therapy is how to keep patients engaged. Most of patients are suffering from either pain or disability and already carry significant burden. Ability to connect with patients is the key. Nicole can do just that. Apart from that she is very thorough with her assessment and ability to adjust the treatment plan according to patient's situation is amazing. She is very practical with her approach and always take patient's considerations into account. It's been a long process for me but I am glad that I have finally found the new routine that will keep me functional with minimal to no pain!

They're really organized with their scheduling. My provider Leslie is great. I went there for wrist and glute pain and saw significant improvements after 3-4 sessions.

There are other PT practices much closer to where I live, but Potrero Physical Therapy is totally worth the drive across town. Celina is a caring and skilled therapist, who keeps the exercises challenging enough to advance my healing from ankle surgery, but not risk a setback with overly aggressive activities. I trust her completely, and am glad that I chose PPT!

i have haad two rounds of therapy at PPT. Once for my R hip and once for my right shoulder. Arthritis. Saw the same therapist for both. I had great results, no more pain in my shoulder and reduced pain in hip. PPT is clean and well run. I never had to wait beyond my appt time to be seen. i would go back if necessary.
Parking is easy too.
