I was experiencing withdrawal symptoms from not taking my medication correctly. My body felt so uncomfortable, and I couldn’t take it anymore. I had a new doctor’s appointment in a few days, and I thought I could manage without my prescriptions for 5–7 days, but this was unlike anything I had felt before. I realized I needed help.

When I walked into the clinic, I was greeted by the most beautiful and accommodating person at the front desk. She took my phone, helped me sign into their portal, and made the process so smooth. Then I was seen by a nurse who was incredibly professional and understanding. She listened to what I was experiencing and took my vitals with such care and empathy.

Finally, I met with the provider. He was so easy to talk to, didn’t judge me, and truly saved the day. I left feeling relieved and grateful for the supportive and compassionate team that helped me through this.

This was my first time visiting this EXER Urgent Care. However, I almost didn't come inside because of the outside appearance of the building and lawn. However, the inside looked remodeled and with adequate
staffing. I was seen in a reasonable amount of time, and felt confident with my diagnosis and treatment recommendation. If I have another urgent care need I will surely consider this medical facility. A bonus was there was free parking next to the building. It's a one story building near some multi-level medical building so it was difficult to find even with GPS. I parked on a 1-hour metered space to go find it, so when I got to the corner I saw a sidewalk sign with EXER URGENT CARE. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE TODAY. They accepted my insurance.

I got what I needed taken care of done. The staff were courteous. The doctor was caring. The wait was a bit long, but it is the day after New Years! All in all better than an emergency room visit.

I got a deep cut on my thumb. Stopped by another urgent care prior to making my way to the ER and they didn’t want to assist me they felt my thumb could’ve been infected. So before I walked over to the ER stopped by Exer Urgent Care. The receptionist told the Dr. what happened. He came looked at my finger and told I would be fine and that I didn’t need to go to the ER and that my thumb was already healing properly.

The Dr. didn’t charge me and told me to save my money because the cut wasn’t deep enough for stitches.

I’m incredibly grateful for the kindness and empathy of Dr. Sciaroni and his assistant. His medical expertise was evident. He didn’t rely on a computer in the exam room during our conversation; instead, his full attention was on me and how I was feeling. I wish more doctors were like him. I would absolutely return to see him again. His front office staff were also very nice. Thank you Dr. Sciaroni & Medical Assistant that took my vitals:)

Best experience I've had in any urgent care. The customer service and didn't wait much .I was in and out and doctor followed up on me to make sure I came back and sat down and was clear about everything . He made me feel less stressful of I already was.also the the girl in front and the nurse that gave me shot were friendly helpful and pretty ..

Went in just to get checked out and do my due diligence after I fell and hit my head (was otherwise fine), but was rudely turned away with, "Go to the emergency room. We have no imaging or any way to help you." If you have that sort of issue, don't bother coming here because they will waste your time and be callous about it.

It’s typically not a fun day if you need to visit Urgent Care, but I always feel welcomed and well taken care of here. The location is great and the medical assistants, nurses and doctors are always awesome & thorough. It’s also a big plus that the hospital is right next door in case your situation is bad enough to have to be brought there. Hopefully you don’t have to go here, but if you do, take comfort in knowing your in good hands. Thank you for all you do Culver City Urgent Care.
