Had an appointment at 11. Was called in to the room at almost 11 and waited till 11:40 no word as to when the dr. Would come in to see me. So as I was leaving I saw another patient that came in after me walking out at the same time. So the dr. Saw him first and had me waiting there forever. So I chose to leave and I’m a new patient

Visiting Dr. Kim’s office at POA was a positive experience from walking in the waiting room, checking in with front office staff. All were professional and caring for my need. The medical staff that did the intake was very personable, taking the time needed to collect the info Dr. Kim would review. When I met Dr. Kim I was nervous because I felt he didn’t believe me when I described all that was wrong with me. We connected more after he sent me to get X-rays which did the talking for me. After discussing my needs and wants, Dr. Kim and I came up with a plan to start the process of what is needed in order for him to help me. I left feeling good about Dr. Kim and look forward to working with him and his staff in the near future.
