Great experience honestly. I requested for my EBT card to be mailed and since it's been about 3.5 weeks since I was approved I figured I'd just go in for my card. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I'm sure it's not always that quick for other experiences. The staff was really nice and it was clean in there.

Went in around 11am on a Tuesday and was in and out in less than 10minutes for a new card and didn't have any long wait to check in which was nice. Staff was helpful and polite and there wasn't too many people in the lobby. Was a very easy trip the last couple times I have had to come in to the office!

While wait times are somewhat long, the staff in general are nice and try to help you as much as they can. In general, they do their job to the best of their abilities and help everyone equally.

My case was a challenge for the folks to find out about, but the workers are smarter than your average caseworker. The wait was a bit long, however, easy cuz the seating was abundant.
Carolyn and Abby knew how to handle things and get my money back. Although Carolyn should know not to use God's name unceremoniously, she is the bubbliest and sweetest lady in the building. Great at her job and perfect for the role...

after arriving (I was told on the phone I could walk in and pick up my ebt card from the front desk.) My wife and I walk up to the desk just to get told I have to jump in a line out the door to check in... not that big a deal however I was not gonna stand in that line. There where multiple homeless people outside visibly on something walking in and out of the building kind of losing their mind and yelling random things and absurdities in front of my wife and 1 year old daughter.. decided it would just be best to have it mailed... as there was too much going with homeless. The front of the building also smelled a little like burnt plastic and chemicals. There did not seem to be any security nor safety measures for these people who were clearly on something to just be walking in and out of the building as they pleased. I will not be going to the office in person ever again.

It is awesome to be able to walk in and get answers you need without having to wait through everyone that is there. It does get super busy super quick tho.

Terrible place, takes forever to be seen. Waited for an hour and 10 minutes only to be skipped. They claimed they called me three times, gaslighting me when I was sitting right there. My numver was even second or third on the list and then vanished, with an average of 10 minutes wait time left. Was a older woman and a black gentleman. I only needed to provide not three words, two numbers, and a signature for self employment carofication. Thats it. One minute of info, and i was refused by the workers because it was "too late". Go to the one on Trent. They are much more professional and don't let people fling condoms everywhere on a table in their lobby. (That was crazy to watch) Not to mention a suspected drug dealing in the parking lot.
