This clinic is super friendly and welcoming and I highly recommend it! I was nervous to try a new treatment for my mental health, but they have made it so easy throughout the entire process. They take the time to know me personally and really care to make me feel as comfortable as possible. They have extended that same generosity to the people I bring with me to the clinic even though they are not actually patients, and to me this really shows their good character. Additionally, the private rooms are very comfortable and I've been able to have my partner sit in the room with me during my treatments.

On top of being super nice, they also really get stuff done! I previously sought out a different clinic prior to coming here, but for some reason I kept getting insurance denials and the process was taking too long. After feeling hopeless I decided to reach out to VividLife, and it took them only 2 weeks to get my insurance to approve the new treatment and they also kept me informed every step of the way so that I wasn't out of the loop. I'm happy that I've found this clinic.

I love this clinic! The care team is proficient and versed, and have been able to answer all my questions to help me to feel ready to tackle my future.
