I have a care center that I run and they refuse to give me a schedule to accommodate. Their communication is the worst

In response, I am very familiar with HIPPA. You can not release information to people who are not in direct care of the patient, which I am. You have that I am her "roommate" which I am not. I am the administrator of a care facility she lives in. I spoke with RCEB yesterday and they confirmed that I should be provided with a schedule at the least. The client did call yesterday and give verbal consent. I received a call asking for my email but still have not received anything.

The most unprofessional, unreliable company I've ever dealt with. Weekend after weekend with no call, no shows, my plans abruptly changed a few minutes before someone's supposed to be here and they could care less! Would never reccomend to anyone!!
