Shirley Parks took about a month to fill out a half page form for me I needed to take the NCLEX out of state. Oh wait it gets better. She filled out the most basic form known to man incorrectly and took about 2 weeks to fix it. I have spoken with other people that have pushed their jobs back because the staff have no idea how to do their jobs. Beyond that they are rude when you ask them to complete a SIMPLE task in a reasonable time frame (less than a month). It is so beyond embarrassing that the college of nursing charged me $2,000 extra dollars to be part of this college and in return not provide quality services.
