The worst medical experience I've ever gone too. Getting new bills from them a year after I thought I paid them all off. Some labs ended up costing me over $800 out of pocket when I was assured it wouldn't be a large bill. Writing this hoping that someone will see this and avoid the trouble that I had suffered here.

This review is only for the call center. I had been calling for weeks, leave a message and no one calls back. Took a week off and same thing today. Says someone will call back in 10 min and I haven't gotten a call. I have now called 3 times today and left my number. Super frustrating when you want to make an appointment. Good thing it isn't a crucial need.

I wouldn't go here, but if you have to, make sure they do what they are supposed to do. I came for lab work, and the order wasn't completed so I had to go back to have blood drawn.

The lab charged me 2x for a copay, even though it was their mistake. I tried to dispute it, and they insisted that because I went two times, the charge was fair. Great way to squeeze money out of people "legally". Who's to say this isn't some scam?

Secondly, some of my values were critically low, and nobody followed up. Really disappointing experience.

Institutions like this are why people lost trust in the medical community at large.

If you have Crohn’s or Ulcerative Colitis, don’t go to the gastroenterology (digestive disease center) here. They don’t care. You’re better off going somewhere else. It’s their staff that’s the problem.
