They approved a return. I had to contact repeatedly to get an actual RMA#. Tracking shows they've had the return for two weeks and have not processed the transaction. I have warned them that if I don't hear back I will have to contact my bank. That still didn't merit a response.

Great products. Get them from somewhere else.
