Best orthodontist office ever. Everyone is so friendly and very welcoming. The front desk Rianna is so sweet and her smile makes it very welcoming. Office is very clean and on time. Everyone who has treated my teeth have gentle hands. Today is my 3rd visit and my teeth already looks straight and beautiful. I highly recommend coming here.

We were referred to TruSmile by my sons dentist and I have to say my experience from beginning to now has been extraordinary. You walk in and are greeted with warmth and smiles. From the 2 receptionist at front, the X-ray tech to finance department and the Dr.Z.
Everyone looks so happy working, creating a comfortable environment for first time patients. The office is clean, they offer parking and wait time is minimal. (They even have iPads for the youngins to distract themselves in the meantime)
My plan was to get a quote and compare at different locations , well that’s out the window lol I didn’t even bother because I was so satisfied with everything here that I know I won’t regret it.

I wish I had more stars to give. I cane to TruSmile to fix my open bite. Dr. Zamani was very honest with me about how much orthodontics could do to fix my bite without jaw surgery. His office was transparent about pricing, the length of treatment, and the importance of compliance in achieving results. They run a very professional office, with appointments running on time. I only had positive experiences. I was especially happy that my end result was better and achieved faster than expected. I’ll be bringing my kids to TruSmile.

I am more than thrilled about my brand new smile!! When I say I feel like a brand new woman, those words only capture a fraction of my gratitude. DAVIDDDDDD!!! (in my mustard scream) Walking in I thought there was no way he'll be able to remove all the stains, I was wrong. Plus, everyone is so nice at this place. I don't know everyone by name, but I appreciate the genuine conversations. Shout out to Dr. Zamani! You have a gift and I truly appreciate the attention to detail that made it possible for me to smile with confidence again.

True smile Orthodontics has requested that I write them a review so here it goes.

I did not spend too much time with them, but for the three visits I had with them, they were pretty decent. And I appreciate how they accepted my HIPAA and other authorization releases in place of their own, as of all entities are required to adhere to according to the HIPAA Privacy Rule, etc. The patient is not obligated to sign their forms in addition tot he patients own form.

The thing I was impressed with the most was how they made my Invisalign retainer within less than 24 hours! I was able
To pick the next day, unlike other places that make you wait weeks and then have more delays! There was a slight complication with the original one made where it didn’t cover my whole back molar but the attitude was very professional and they immediately made me a better retainer to make sure that it fit properly and covered all teeth. When I came back for the third time the following day around my inundated schedule, they happily made a better one. Everybody including as well the staff and doctor were very well-behaved and ready to serve me.

My only observation was perhaps not getting a response from office manager(s)after I emailed them quite a few times. I was needing to get a confirmation response that they received the emails and are trying to resolve all questions/comments addressed in the emails before getting the service. When running a business, the urgency to communicate well and readily to customers is key. It is important to not ignore customers in the least bit of way when the customer is reaching out in any way and any mode possible (email, phone, etc.). Also keeping in mind how to not make customers repeat their requests more than once or at the most, sometimes, twice.

But overall a solid experience, so far. I appreciate how excuses were not made to justify any unprofessional/undesirable behaviors when interacting with customers. Thank you for my retainer and the reasonable price !

Perhaps you should consider offering discounts to the disabled going forward!!

Dr. Zamani is amazing!!! I have Invisalign so I’ve been going to TruSmile for a little over a year now and am always happy to visit. It’s always clean, the staff is always volunteering with community events and everyone is beyond sincere. Shout out to Lupe for being so stylish, always smiling and making sure our appointments are scheduled. I’ve never waited for a long period of time. Thank you to everyone for the best experience.
