The staff and Dr. Hank are genuine, humble, kind and top-notch professionals. Doc injected my gum with a numbing agent and I never knew a syringe was in my mouth. It was like David Blaine magic. Overall, a cool experience. How often can you say that about a visit to the dentist?

This is the best dental experience I’ve had in forever pretty much. I feel like i wasn’t left confused of any information that I should know. I felt comfortable asking questions seeing staff who look like me. No one made me feel less than because i didn’t speak in medical terminology. Truly appreciate the cleanliness of the space! I was very pleased with the staff,office & the doctor. The procedure was done with very little pain from start to finish . Best visit I have to any dentist office. Dr Hankins called me the following day to ask how I was. Told him I felt fine. Which is true. No dentist or doctor ever called to check on me

They are attentive, explain their process each step of the way, and treat you like you are a guest in their home. I wrapped up a deep cleaning I have been putting off for too long. The procedure was quick and painless and took less than 30 minutes per side.

I had been in pain on and off for TWO YEARS with what I thought was a bad tooth - ignored it because I thought it was going to take a lot to fix. I had a bad experience with a former dentist and was honestly a bit shell shocked. I went to HD Dental and could NOT have been happier. Dr. Hankins LISTENED to me, took a look at my teeth and said "your tooth is fine, lets check your bite." After patiently looking at it and running a few texts/exams he determined my teeth were misaligned and needed to be adjusted slightly. He took so much time making SURE everything was okay and reassuring me that the tooth wasn't infected etc. THEN when he was done he said "let's make sure its fixed, I'm going to have you chew on something." Ya'll, I chewed on some tough peanuts and there was ZERO pain. I was in shock. I will be back to Dr. Hankins and consider him my dentist for the foreseeable future. THANK YOU THANK YOU!
