Very good experience. I had 3 teeth pulled. The Dr was very good and was explaining everything to me. And the nurse was good as well. They both keep me calm. Just all around very good I will be making Today's family dentistry my family's dentist. Keep up the good work. I would give more then 5 stars. I go by Jessica Smith.

Dr. Tan and his assistant were very professional. They were removing a tooth plus decay and put a temporary bridge in until bridge work was completed in two weeks. I was pleased no soreness and recooperated fine. A procedure well done!!!

When I walked in the office the window was shut and the young lady opened it didn’t say a word for several minutes and when I said something to her she said can’t you see I’m doing something. That was the first mistake. She handed me the iPad and said I needed to update my insurance, there was four pages and it kept asking me basically the same questions over and over again. I had been a patient here for over two years. I completed the form annd gave to the upfront desk person and the young lady at the desk got smart with me and rolled her eye. She called me back to the desk and said I still have two pages to finish just like I told you and Rolled her eyes again. And I told her I’m not doing your damn job I have a patient here for two years and all that needs to be done was my insurance updated. When the staff is rude it’s time to find another dentist.

I enjoy all my appointments with the dentist and the assistants. They are friendly and try to make sure you are happy in each phase of your procedures. I ask a lot of questions and the dentist has been very patient with me in answering all of them.

Stephanie Young, DMD was very understanding about my extra sensitive mouth. She had to give me extra pain meds when she was getting my tooth ready for a crown. Her staff was very nice and helpful as well.

I am terribly scared of dentists because of my teeth being in such bad shape. Dr. Kim was the best dentist I had ever in my life been to. He was wonderful, patient and understanding. I would recommend him to everyone
