I love this place. Over the past more than 10 years, I have tried so many different physical therapists in different offices. Abe is absolutely the best. He is attentive, has wealth of knowledge and experience and skills to deal with all kinds of problems. I have lower back pain, neck pain, knee pain, ankle pain and hand pain due to arthritis and overuse. He always adjusts his treatments to my progression.
The only problem is to get appointment because Abe is always booked out. I am not surprised as he is soooo good. So I always make sure I book far in advance and always show up on time and never postpone or cancel any appointments.
Other than his professionalism, Abe is also very kind and personable. His demeanor always makes every single visit a joyful experience.

Look no further for your physical therapy needs! I got the pleasure of working with Tomas who not only designed an excellent treatment plan to rehab my injury but was a blast to train with. The rest of the staff, in particular the receptionist Kim, were all very friendly too. Highly recommend!!!

Tomas & the staff at Tight 2 Right PT are wonderful! From the minute you arrive, you always receive a warm, super friendly greeting. Everyone is so personable & caring. I have suffered from neck problems for a while & Tomas has been amazing at figuring out exactly what I needed & getting me on the right path. He really takes the time to listen to all of my symptoms, assesses the problem spots in my neck, & then effectively works them out with hands-on, soft-tissue treatment. He is extremely knowledgeable & is exceptional in his treatment. I feel some level of pain relief after every treatment, which is great! Since my problem seems to be chronic, he has been very helpful in teaching me ways to manage my neck pain & tightness at home. I am so grateful to Tomas for his extraordinary level of care & service.

I came to Tight 2 Right after my bicycle crash with a broken right clavicle. The doctor ordered PT and I was frustrated trying to find PT that took my insurance and didn't make me wait 3 weeks for an appointment. Luckily I found T2R. They took me in the day I called! Their facility is brand new, super clean and well stocked. And the parking is free. This was my first experience with PT and they REALLY know their stuff. The treatment and exercises are fantastic. Tomas, Abraham, and Tamara are outstanding therapist. I was amazed with the results and how I was able to recover due to their knowledge and treatments. In addition to my clavicle they are also working on other aspects that need alignment and correction. I can not thank them enough. If you are looking for PT Tight 2 Right is the place. They are OUTSTANDING.

The team at Tight 2 Right have worked tirelessly to help me. I have been in and out of PT for 5 years due to multiple surgeries, and I haven't made this much progress anywhere else I've been. They've helped me figure out and manage some longstanding issues and have done so with care, compassion, and humor. They have such a great team and a great facility. I highly recommend this practice, take it from me, I've been to many!

I highly recommend Tight 2 Right for any physical therapy needs. I started going to T2R for my low back pain and have felt so much better since. Thomas is great at what he does! He is kind and thoroughly explained everything to me. Tamara helped me plan my sessions around my very busy schedule. They showed me exercises to do at home to keep my back feeling great all day long. Their facility is state of the art and the energy is just awesome!

The BEST, absolutely incredible!! They've helped my recovery from my neck issues so so much. It's honestly night and day. Tomas and Frank are the coolest, I can't imagine going anywhere else.

They are super knowledgeable, kind, patient and honestly the coolest people. I'm not sure where I'd be without them.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. If you're suffering from any sort of neck or back pain issues, you MUST check them out.

I am so pleased with my experience at Tight 2 Right! I came in with chronic knee/hip pain that came about during running. Tomas & his team helped me to make a full recovery. I am so grateful for their guidance! Some of the most helpful things I learned during my time there were simple breathing techniques and how to properly activate my diaphragm. Who would think that would help with knee pain? But it did! They recognized that I was having trouble activating my core from the way I was breathing during exercise. This diagnosis helped me strengthen my core, which then allowed me to achieve proper mobility in my hip/knee. They also gave me many unique, yet effective movements for me to do on my own. In addition to this attention to detail, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I would recommend Tight 2 Right to anybody I know struggling with pain and mobility!
