My husband and I have been going to SHFT since the spring of 2021. They are our go-to chiropractors and we cannot recommend them enough! My husband and I are both quite active and do CrossFit, Powerlifting and Body Building-style lifting. If we are in any sort of pain, or have something funky going on with our bodies, we do not hesitate to go see Dr. Joe and his staff. They always take care of us and help us resolve our issues so that we're pain-free. I was pregnant when I had my first appointment, which really goes to show that they are experts in their field! They also genuinely care about us and our family. They've been with us through many seasons of our lives, and it really feels like we're seeing friends when we visit.
