My dad spent two weeks at Sante after a 32 day hospital stay.
Everyone was very friendly and made the situation better.
The CNA’s Paula, Fine, Joseph, and Carolyn were so kind and helpful.
The rehab staff was great, they really listened to my dads goals and worked hard with him, Janet, Amanda, Jill, and Annette.
Kat out case manager was great and she helped us so much.
The nurses did a great job of taking care of him, Kyle and Chelsey were very attentive and the kitchen staff Enrique especially and housekeeping staff were great, Kimberly was so helpful.

They all made a difficult situation so much better.

My 86 year old mother broke her hip. Sante staff took wonderful care of her i highly recommend Sante. Shawn and Pat at the front desk thank you both for going out of your way ALWAYS. Thank you! Thank you Geysha your the bomb love everyone here we will miss you all. Thanks again for the BEST care! The only bad thing FOOD SUCKS!

I enjoy having Danielle as a CNA She responds quickly when I put my light on. She is very helpful and relational. She responds well to emergencies. When going back to bed I had my feet elevated and head down to help get in a better position. The oxygen concentrator tipped over and water came through the line into my nose and throat. It was very uncomfortable. She quickly got my head back up. Cleaned up the water in my bed and got a new line for the oxygen concentrator.

It's been a hot minute at the rehab. Since Oct 30 my mom has been at this facility. From the front door guest service to the cleaning staff it's has been great. I recommend this Facility to anyone that is in need of a safe and clean rehab. It's like a hotel, not a facility for the ill.we want to thank Celia in social services, Katia her case manager, all classes were great but especially Kyle, Carolyn, Lizette, Chelsea and the rest of the staff. I didn't remember their names but you are all greatly appreciated.

I have a friend that is staying there and seems to not be getting the care she thought she would of. The food is horrible and very small portions. She has been there for about 3 weeks and they just offered for her to get a bath after several requests from her and I. This lady had to give herself sponge baths. Therapy just sits and talks to her and never does therapy, she does it on her own in her of room. No one come to help her walk down the hallway. They just leave her there and don't bother with her. She was told that there were a lot of things to do for entertainment and she was excited about bingo, and as far as she knows, there either is no bingo or they ignore her requests. They have phones in their rooms and hers seems to have been dropped a few times or something because you can hardly even hear her and they refuse to change it out for her and her cell phone is very robotic and has poor reception.
I don't understand how the other reviews are more highly rated just in the last several months. I noticed that with 2 other facilities also and they were worse than this one. It was suggested in another post that the insurance companies were requiring them to uphold a certain level of stars or there was going to be some type of restrictions or removal from their program. I don't know the truth to this, but it's kind of obvious that 3 facilities all improved their reviews in the same amount of time. So I would suggest to definitely tour these places and stop and talk to some of the patients there and ask how they are liking the food, their care, therapy, etc.

My CNA Laurisa was excellent. She took great care of me each day she was there. The physical and occupational therapists were wonderful. Overall, the care at this facility was great.

Everyone was very helpful we had a Great experience better than the last two time we stayed at Sante! I want to thank the nursing staff for taking care of my mom. It was a pleasure working with Katia and case management, Kyle the nurse is fantastic, Anaya my mom's CNA is always friendly. Some imporvemts that need to be made: Call light times a little to long some better knowledge of dementia patients.

Caregivers, nurses, activities directors and cleaning staff were wonderful.

Food was horrible to the point I didn’t feel it was safe to eat at times. The communication with administrators, case management was non existent to the point where on discharge day it took all day to leave because of the confusion between Nursing and caseworker.

In comparison to Advance Healthcare or Encompass Rehabilitation, Santé sucks.
