I went to Dr. Roger Ho for tooth pain and cleaning because I saw how good the reviews are. The staff are really nice and attentive to me having dental trauma from a past surgery. The cleaning went well and everything was fine there. When it came to my tooth pain they were incredibly hard to get ahold of. I called 3 separate times one day and no one answered. It wasn't until I walked into their office that I could book an appointment. After I got an appointment I got xrays done and treated for my tooth pain. So I thought. Over the course of 4-5 months (January/February to May) I would have to come in at least once a month because the problem still wasn't fixed. I asked numerous times if he was sure it wasn't my wisdom teeth because the xray showed them slightly overlapping with my molar. He assured me on multiple occasions that it wasn't my wisdom teeth causing my pain and that they shouldn't be a problem for another year or so. I finally got fed up with paying $30-75 every time I got my tooth checked and he would shave it down or something that I decided to go to an oral surgeon to get a second opinion. The oral surgeon looked into my mouth for not even 30 seconds and told me he can actually see my wisdom tooth breaking the gum and hitting my molar. I then had my wisdom teeth out and all my tooth pain disappeared. I never went back to Dr. Ho after that. I write this review as I have moved to a new state and am looking for a dentist but am extremely nervous after this experience. Although the staff were nice and my cleaning went well, I give him 2 stars because of how difficult it was for me to get ahold of the office and book an appointment. As well as the fact that I asked multiple times if it were my wisdom teeth just by ME looking at the xray myself and he as a dentist assured me it wasn't. I knew my xrays looked like the tooth was hitting my molar and I should've just gone with my gut and went to the oral surgeon months earlier, I just tried to trust my dentist though.

After years of going to different dentists and always a little scared to go, I can honestly say going to Dr. Roger Ho has completely changed my mind about going to the dentist even if it’s just for a cleaning. I enjoy going not only because of how gentle and professional he is but he’s overall very welcoming and the front desk staff always has such great customer service.

Elizabeth is hands down my favorite hygienist with whom I have had some of the greatest conversations. She’s very dedicated to her profession and my teeth feel so damn clean afterwards. I always tell her if I ever win the lottery I would hire her just so she could floss my teeth every day. 😂

Dr. Ho is an excellent dentist. The assistant Jules and Claire at the front desk are very accommodating, compassionate, and professional. I really appreciate Dr. Ho’s dentistry knowledge, skill, and conservative approach. His gentle ability to explain and listen to all my concerns makes me trust and feel so comfortable no matter what. I give Dr. Ho and all of the staff 5 stars!!!!

Great service, very friendly staff. The front office is very proactive with keeping you informed and up to date on your appts. They are also open one Saturday a month, which helps those who cannot go on a weekday. They will text reminders and keep an eye out for appt openings for you to make it work. Dr. Roger Ho is great at explaining things during your appts and answering questions. Elizabeth is an amazing hygienist with the kindest, hospitable personality. She pays attention to detail and is very perceptive. She will ask if you are feeling comfortable and will stop during the process to ask you. She always makes me feel at ease during our appts. I used to hate going to the dentist, but this place made me feel better about the process.

This place is the best ever!!! I am one of their long term clients. Elizabeth, the dental hygienist, is a total sweetheart/friend and Dr. Ho is funny and instantly puts me at ease. I tried other dentists that accepted my Kaiser insurance, but they were recommending unnecessary procedures that Dr. Ho never said I needed. So, I went back to Dr. Ho and will never go any place else!!!

This was by far the best dentist experience I have ever had. Every single person that works here is so incredibly friendly, and really took the time to listen and explain everything from start to finish. I felt very safe and cared for and I couldn't recommend this place more. They even were able to handle the insurance side of things which is why we ended up here over another highly rated place so this place had an advantage there too! So nice to not have to handle all the paperwork and stress of dealing with that side of things when going to the dentist can already be a stressful thing as is. 5 stars all around!

I recently moved into the area. I had a GREAT experience with Dr. Ho and his staff. Everyone was welcoming. As a new patient, he was very thorough with explaining what is is doing and planning to do. He took the time to discuss potential issues and develop an action plan needed for the next 6 months/visit.

Came in to replace a cracked cavity filling. After the first shot of anesthetic, Dr. Ho requested I tell him immediately if I felt any pain during the procedure. After a few minutes, I felt a sharp pain and let him know. He immediately stopped and took the extra 10 minutes to inject more anesthetic and wait for it to work. I didnt feel anything afterwards!

I grew up fearing the dentist bc it was always painful and I was never numb enough. Im so happy he listened to me and did not hesitate to give me more medicine. It was painless and I even almost fell asleep laying down with my eyes closed. Definitely recommend this practice.
