I never knew this place existed until I prescriptions sent here to be formulated on-site! Amazing to see the lab behind the desk. The young woman at the desk was also very friendly and helped with my questions as I glanced around their stock. Definitely going back.

Absolutely the BEST! No question!

Our cat needs to have medicine every day. Our vet ran out of our cat's medicine and couldn't get a new shipment in time. We were on our last dose.

We called around to every place in town but nobody could help us except Pharmacy Innovations. I called them up, at the last minute, in desperation and they were able to help us get our cat's medicine, literally, at a moment's notice.

Their staff is kind, courteous, helpful and willing to listen. Fast and professional!

Would not hesitate to recommend Pharmacy Innovations to anybody.

We are considering whether to switch our cat's prescription over to Pharmacy Innovations but, at least, they will be our reliable backup!

KIRA- Helped me today and she basically saved my job. She was adamant on solving my issue and helping anyway she could. She returned my phone call and walked me step by step in resolving my issue. I have a prescription that I have filled by Pharmacy Innovations. This month my prescription got delivered incorrectly by FEDEX. Meghan, from the Erie PA location went above and beyond to make certain that I had my medication. I cannot say enough about her amazing follow through, kindness and professionalism.
