I am a 75 year old male with hip pain. My doctor of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation identified a bone growth near my hip ball joint and recommended that I receive physical therapy to alleviate some of the pain and increase mobility. My wife (Paula) has been going to OC Sport & Rehab to assist in her arthritis in her knee and her balance/gait (due to Parkinson’s disease). She was pleased with the staff and I decided to go with them to treat my hip issue. Setting up appointments with the staff is super easy and they follow up and send reminders – the front office staff also worked with my insurance company to maximize my benefits. The PT staff is well trained and competent. They followed my doctors instruction and did not ‘stress’ my hip but provided exercise and stretching to strengthen the muscles around my hip to reduce pain and increase flexibility. Over several weeks my pain has been reduced and flexibility increased and the inflammation decreased as well. They also provide instruction to do exercises at home. I am very happy with the treatment I received.

For first time that I need a PT for my post operation of elbow, I am happy that I choose this facility. Both Jovik and Whitney are professional and caring, they are patient, they listen to you and observe your recovery progress. The staffs are friendly, the energy there is relaxing. Definitely recommend this facility to anyone who need PT for their recovery.

I’ve had 8 sessions so far and every time I go in the staff are engaging, professional and knowledgeable. Whitney and Jovik have done an excellent job with getting me moving again. It has a private gym feel. Everyone doing their exercises to rehab. I would recommend OC Sports and Rehab if you want quality rehabilitation.

I was referred to OC Sports and Rehab after struggling for months with plantar fasciitis and peroneal tendonitis. From my initial consultation with Whitney, and regular treatments with Jovik, I have been very impressed with their technical knowledge and treatment plan. It is obvious they invest their time to understand the needs of each person, and they are open, honest and encouraging. They also make visits actually enjoyable with their friendly personalities!

This facility has shown nothing but kindness and hospitality every time I visit. They've given me a clear understanding of what is wrong with my injury and pain, giving me specific muscle groups and areas to target to reduce it. They've shown me exercises and stretches tailored to my recovery and injury that I haven't experienced anywhere else. This is my third therapy place but I have experienced immense improvement unlike any other here. The staff here are incredible and know what they are doing. Thank you for Jovik and Whitney for their incredible work.

I am so thankful I found OC Sports and Rehab, Placentia. Jovik and Justin are extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful in their work, positive and supportive. They spend time with each individual at every session. No one is a "number" here and recovery plans are geared for each individual. I recently had a knee replacement and they have me jogging again! I am so grateful to them and highly recommend OC Sports and Rehab Placentia.

My experience with Justin and Jovik has been overly excellent!!! I find them to be very experience in therapy for my Lymphedema and pinch nerve in my neck . I will always use their services if ever needed again. Justin and Jovik are very professional and very thoughtful in applying their therapy. I love their personality but most of all their skill and knowledge.
