I was sent to California Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy by my insurance, so I didn't have much of a choice, but they have been wonderful overall. The folks at the front desk were super helpful with getting all my appointments scheduled, and my therapists have been kind and supportive, and are doing their best to get my range of motion and strength back after breaking my ankle. They put my home exercises in an app, so it makes it easy to remember and follow the routine at home (though the app itself leaves a little bit to be desired, but that's more of an issue for the app developers). I'm very happy I was sent here. If you have a choice of PT providers, I highly recommend coming here.

I’ve had a great experience with California Rehabilitation Physical Therapy. The therapists are incredibly helpful and informative, providing tools to help patients track their progress throughout recovery. They are genuinely attentive to every patient, which I’ve noticed during each of my visits.

What stands out to me is how skillfully the therapists multitask—guiding me through my exercises while simultaneously charting my progress in the computer. It’s clear they value every moment of the limited time they have with patients, using it efficiently to document accurately and show me where I’m improving and what I need to focus on.

Highly recommended this location! They were able to book my appointment quickly and made sure times were okay with my schedule. They call/text to remind me of appointments which is super helpful. Physical therapist are very helpful and constantly ask if anything is hurting/uncomfortable/too easy/too hard and always ask if I need ice pack or heating at end of sessions.

PT Jiayi Cai is very devoted and takes too much care of patient. She takes too much pain to help the patient. Throughout one hour she takes care of patient and uses different method to help him. She listens to the problems of patient with patience and suggests solution. I have attended three centres and I find it is the best. I wish her success in life. I find sufficient improvement in my walking.

I was fortunate to have Crystal as my therapist. She's the best; patient, kind, knowledgeable, thorough, and caring. I was skeptical about PT but am now a believer! After my final session she showed me how to continue exercises at home to continue my progress.
The facility is nice and well kept.
