Extremely bad agency. They don't care about people working for them. They told my mom that she doesn't need to come from Monday without any reason. The lady was abusing her making to do all the home chores, and asked the agency to kick my mom out when she told her that she will not do it. I'm going to file a case against them. Please avoid this agency at all cost. I have written and recorded proofs as well. The administrator Ahmed said ignored our emails and is an extremely manipulative guy. Will see you in court.

Nova Home Health care provides an excellent service. All the staffs are amazing, especially Ms. Tram. She's always available even on the weekend and night time for any questions or concern that I have, without her help I really don't know what to do to find a good caregiver for my dad. My dad and I are really grateful for her help and all the work she has done for us over the years. Wish I could give this agency more than just 5 stars.
