This place has been awesome ! I was able to stay away for an entire year ! Until the other day! Much faster service then the ER or Gulf Coast or Bay Medical ! Or the VA but blessed to have the care ! 🙏🫶 Life is good !

I love this place! I've gone here for a long time. I was a walk in today and still had a very short wait. They treat you with compassion and kindness and actually listen to you here. Best office in Bay County!

They were very quick when I came in for an X-ray. My only complaint was when I called to see if they could do an X-ray there they said yes. When I asked if I could just walk in I was once again told yes. But when I arrived there at 9 am I was told the X-ray tech wasn’t there until 11. Would have been nice to have that info before I drove there, especially since it was a 30 minute drive for me to get there and it then didn’t pay for me to go home and come back. I then had to kill 2 hours and then come back. Hopefully that info can be passed on to others if they call ahead like I did

Walked in with a rash on my face. Was taken back immediately for triage to make sure they could even help me. Determined that they could help me and sent me back to the waiting room where I waited a short time before I was called back. The nurse practitioner was very kind and friendly. Explained my condition and provided tips to help ease the pain that’s coming. Very helpful. I would absolutely recommend this urgent care.

The nurses and front desk stuff was so sweet and attentive. They made me feel comfortable and cared for. They listened to all my concerns, and got me in and out in a timely manner. Ive been there before for other issues and they have never disappointed. Grateful for this place! Would totally recommend this provider!

Great staff, very helpful & efficient.
The front desk personnel were kind and quick to answer questions. The medical assistant that checked me in, did my vitals and eventually gave me two injections (muscle relaxant, pain reliever), was so very nice, personable and great at her job.
The PA that treated me and ordered the injections & prescriptions did a great job also. Her decisions helped me finish my vacation relatively pain free.
Can’t say one bad thing about my experience.

This place is great quick fix me up treatment
, nice staff and great customer service.
I have been in pain for one week do to inflammation, affecting all my joints, migraine headaches, but my knees and shoulders alone with my neck and back were in bad shape it was very hard to walk. She treated me right away gave me some shots, observed me for about 10min to make sure I don't have a reaction very compassionate and caring. Gave me a few prescriptions, I was a walk in and I was in and out in 45min tops.👍 👌

I’ve gone to this Urgent care before and normally have a good experience. This time the they were quick to get me in and the front staff were really friendly. My nurse, on the other hand, seemed afraid to be near me and told me I had to go to the ER immediately. When we asked her for her professional opinion on the situation she told us “she didn’t know” that she was “scared for me,” then proceeded to practically kick us out. After getting hooked to an IV and tests ran at the ER, they told me I was fine and it was just something that I had already previously disclosed to the urgent care and the hospital.

Filled out paperwork. Very nice service. Had a $35.00 copay. The interim Nurse was very efficient. The Nurse Practioner knew exactly what she was doing and helped me out very quickly. This is definitely the place to go. They were all professionals and would go back if I needed to.

Good experience from start to finish. Efficient, professional front staff. Clinical staff was caring and listened to my concerns. April, the nurse practitioner, was understanding, kind and answered all my questions. In and out in 30 minutes. Highly recommend this facility and will definitely come back.
