Every single time I come to this lab in the VOC, it is a minimum of a 45 minute wait. When LabCorp owned it years ago, there were at least two or three lab staff members handling tests and registration and never a wait. After Verde Valley Medical Center bought it, there never seems to be adequate staffing. I left today when told it would be at least an hour wait because only one person was handling the checkin and testing. The nearest other lab for me is at least a 60 minute drive. VVMC puts more money into buying properties and remodeling than paying for adequate staffing.

Had to have a blood test there. Brought in an order from my doctor and unfortunately it did not have all the information they required. Tina, at the front desk, took the time to call my doctors office and waited on hold for a very long time in order to get the information she needed. I greatly appreciated her persistence which allowed me to eventually have my blood draw without having to return the next day.
