Both my Son and I go to therapy here and Mark, Tanner & the rest of the staff go way beyond each and every time. There is no one like Mark Roche and Natural Health. Mark is a true healer through advanced physical therapy and training. Natural Health is the go-to healing and rehabilitation place for athletes in Orange County. His near 40 years in healing and physical therapy and his very wide following make him the default choice for those who wish to heal naturally with skilled care or those who want to stay on top of their game.

I have been a patient of Mark Roche for over 20 years, first for a back issue, then Achilles heel and most recently a year undertaking what seemed to be a mission impossible rehabilitation of a 30 year old skiing injury.

The first two ailments are fully resolved where medical doctors said they couldn't be. The 30 year old ski injury has been a 1.5 year healing journey that neither Mark nor I will give up on. I am now somewhere near 90% healed and never felt stronger.

Mark continually invests in new natural therapeutic technologies including a deep tissue acoustic system, NEUX advanced electrode therapy, magnet and red light technologies. These devices and his expert use of them do not necessarily provide immediate healing gratification--for that you go to a surgeon and pray it goes well and deal with lifelong issues if it doesn't. Mark and his team play for the long ball, the natural manipulation, non-invasive, technology driven healing approach which take longer but the results are both natural and transformative because he knows how to make you stronger, more resilient, more flexible and therefore less prone to injury.

I have recommended Mark and his team at Natural Health to many. Nearly everyone I know locally sees him. He is the antidote to surgery when there is an avenue for natural healing and yet Mark knows when surgery is needed and he's the expert in assisting healing such as for my wife who had to have major surgery for a compound collar bone surgery and worked with Mark and his team to get back to 100% healthy use of her shoulder.

I can’t recommend natural health enough. I was having some serious knee issues with my running and after only a couple sessions, I was already seeing drastic improvements. Tanner made me a personalized workout plan that has massively aided in my recovery along with specialized treatment for my knees. Along with top of the line treatment all of the staff is super friendly, environment is very inviting, and it is very clean overall.
