This is a 5 star team!! I am so impressed with Stephanie and Honey who have created a warm happy environment for their residents! During my visits I am always welcomed happily by the Concierge team at the front desk, and smiling residents enjoying live music or whatever fun activity is going on. Don't hesitate to visit Ivy Park at get on the waitlist!

My father is in memory care at sunrise villa and was diagnosed with scabies..not only does he have
Them but my mother has them and she is in the assisted living side.
This is the most recent problems we have had with this place. We feel that they are always understaffed, also my father's door is always locked so he can't go to his room all day. They get the people up in the morning and get them all downstairs in one big room and that's where they stay .
Until a 15months ago my dad walked 2 miles a day. Now he can barely get out of the chair.

We were sold one situation, that turned out to be a complete different. We brought in a personal caregiver that had been with client for number of years. Her behavior plan was completely ignored; while being replaced with nothing. We noticed weight loss as well as up & down behavior. any time any concerns were brought up. It was answered defensively. & retaliated with lies. there are some good people here. It appears to be managed by fear to staff & residents. We were sold a 4 star that turns out to be a 1 star with red flags.

My dad has been living here for a while and I am thrilled with everything the staff has been able to bring to his life. He is so happy and so healthy now, and I credit the staff at this lovely community for all they've done for him. Would definitely recommend!

A close friend to our family stayed here and when we visited her she only had good things to say about the place. It was always active with all the amenities one could need, in a nice clean environment.
