My experience was absolutely fantastic. The office manager Neely Dodson was really on top of her game. She was able to get us right in and seen by the dentist. We came for a second opinion and saved us 1000’s of dollars. The front desk was so polite and welcoming. The assistant took excellent care of me and talked me through everything and doctor winkler is just the best. I will never go anywhere else.

Ms Debbie was amazing by talking to me and making me feel so relaxed before they even started..... with me that is a HUGE plus..... thank you so much Ms Debbie..... and the dentist that did my extraction was so sweet and very nice to me..... and made me feel really relaxed and he was very caring...... I couldn't be more pleased.... I was at the Little Rock office on Shackelford.....

Update: I called (again) to ask why was I still receiving invoices. I was told by Ryan that “it was written off as a professional courtesy”, yet I have all my receipts from my insurance company and my bank statement. I will NEVER return for services, and I encourage others to do some thorough research on this place before they come!

I keep getting invoices for a service I have already paid my copayment for! I have been trying to call the office but can’t ever seem to get ahold of anyone. I have all my receipts and bank statement to show payment has already been rendered. I will have to find a new dentist office, as this has happened to me twice.

The best dentist I’ve ever went to . I recommend everybody to go. The vibe and the people there were really welcoming. All my questions and concerns were answered. Dr.Winkler talked me through everything and helped me understand everything.

I appreciate them so much I was so insecure about my breath and my teeth and they made my Christmas be the best ever cause it was a 2 month journey always going to the dentist to get something done they fixed everything and with a smile and was so friendly I thank yall so much bless yall. Go to them!!!!!!!

Monarch Dental

When you enter a place, I know you will check the faces if they are smiling and the smell and the appearance of the clinc. My wife directly told me that there is a strange smell (Agreed). Anyways, right after we entered that we saw is that there is only one doctor working a day. There is no other doctor. One doctor is trying to give service to around 10 people at the same time. My appointment was 3 o’clock and I went there at 2. Then I waited till 5 45 and they told me that the doctor will be in the surgery. They said come tomorrow. I went there again but still there were so many patients. Me and wife waited again. They said when you get the dental plan, it will be cheap. They brought me the treatment plan and it was overpriced. I just wanted to tell them that the other places are doing it $1250 but this place is a little bit pricey. Later on, the front office lady and the doctor (Dr. Apata) came to me and told me with increasing her voice “I heard you are not happy here”. I said I am not talking about being happy or not. I was so stressed because the doctor and the lady next to her they were all over me and increasing her voice. There is another problem that the place is a little bit dirty and machines are broken. The lamb and the xray machines are broken. They are working but 100% functional. I will include some pictures in the review. I feel like people have no value for them. They see us only as money. I know the world is like that recently but every human being is important and should be treated fairly. The blond lady there who is doing the examination and xray, at least she was nice. I hope they will make the relationship between them and their patients better. Let me talk about the good things for Monarch Dental. First, they refunded my money back and they sent my xrays to my new dental clinic. Please someone give me some explanations of what happened at the Monarch dental.
