I am a chicken when it comes to going to a dentist. I have had so many bad experiences, so when I broke my front tooth off at the gum, I was so scared. How bad was this gonna hurt and how much would it cost? I checked with my insurance to see who I could go to and I was referred to Dr. Kevin Seddens. I called to make an appointment and to verify they do take my insurance. The lady that answered the phone was so calming and sweet. She had me an appointment that day but I couldn't get there so I went 2 days later. I went back within 5 minutes I was there. The nurse took several X-rays and she made sure I was comfortable and she wasn't hurting me. She took me back and I waited maybe 10 minutes. I had suggested that I would love to have them all pulled and get false teeth. He came in introduced himself,looked at my X-rays and in my mouth. He said we can take them all out at once. A week later I was back and they made sure I was comfortable and talked me through it. The nurse covered my eyes so I didn't see the needle and she would rub my cheek and jaw to get my attention off of the shots. I have neck problems and he kept checking to see how I was. He let me sit up a couple times and take a 5 minute break. He made sure I wasn't feeling anything. Sent me home and the nurse gave me her cell number in case I had any problems. I messaged her a couple times with questions and she always answered quickly. I wanted the Dr to look at it and make sure everything still looked good so I called to see if I could swing by and get him to look real quick while I'm in town Thursday, she said sure just come by. If you or your child needs a dentist, he's the one!! Him and his staff are angels!!! I have never been treated so well. It figures I finally found my permanent dentist and I don't have any more teeth...haha I would give him 10 stars if it would let me!!

Taleisha here , ☺️ & all the bad comments it doesn't matter what y'all say , him and Shelly are AMAZING. I got a tooth extraction today. & It was quick & easy pain from soreness & tenderness. But overall I'm okay. I was a little scared getting it pulled. But I'm RELIEVED. thank you guys again and I plan on coming back.

the phone number listed is not correct it is a local cell phone number. this needs to be updated. the person i accidentally called said they have notified the business but nothing changes. however! I went here for the first time today and honestly they were all so nice and normally. its hard for me to talk to doctors but they were very down to earth and knowledgeable, i was very comfortable with the entire process

They are horrible with responding or callbacks. They are unprofessional. They literally sent my sister to the drug store across the street to get her numbing meds. Like never in all my years of visiting dentists have this ever happened . Most dentists have their meds in storage , that wasn’t the craziest part . My grandmother said the dentist is a recovering addict . Recovered or not , don’t let him in your mouth . If I could rate less an one star I would .

They are very kind people. They may seem unprofessional but they know what they are doing and they have had to fix mistakes other dentists made on me. They are amazing

today was my first time to see them and they were so kind. Will for sure use them in the future. very good bedside manner. and learned alot. thank you

Customer service was spectacular. For any of you wondering the phone number is correct now,and there should be no problem contacting them.

They are very kind and comfort you the whole way. They do their best to get you out of pain as fast as possible
