I don’t normally leave reviews but this is just a good pharmacy. They actually seem to care about getting your medication filled, which is rare these days. They’re also fast and it’s easy to get ahold of someone which is always a plus.

I have been going to Advantage Healthcare Services for over 2 years and can't say enough good things about Mission Plaza Pharmacy 2. The entire staff is great but Luis and Kinjal really stand out - they are always incredibly helpful, professional and extremely knowledgeable. They go out of their way to ensure that my medication is filled and ready when I need it every time. Their customer service is top notch and they always take the time to answer any questions I have. Highly recommended!

Absolutely horrific experience. As if it’s not bad enough to be without my life-altering medication, I also have to deal with indifference and rudeness from the staff at this pharmacy. The first time I called someone picked up the phone and slammed it back down, just straight up hanging up the call. When I called back I was treated so rudely as if I am not a customer, patient, client, but someone who is inconveniencing *them* by asking for assistance. Coupled with the patronizing comment about how there’s a shortage on the medication nation-wide (no kidding; I am a current prescribed patient, you don’t think I’m aware?) I am completely done with this place. I hope every single person who is rude and unfeeling here has to go through this experience themselves so it’ll perhaps teach them some much-needed empathy to work in this industry. I will be escalating this further.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I have a special prescription (which by itself already unfairly raises red flags on me, personally). So anytime I have to inquire about this medication and the status of its delivery , I’m treated like a drug addict.
I called on Thursday 10/20/22 just to set up my medication delivery, thinking they would arrive by Saturday 10/22/22. I called again today on Monday 10/24/22, only to find out the medications were never sent.
The employees are extremely rude to their customers. (Especially the new male pharmacist who answers the phones) I will never come here for my medication ever again. I feel extremely disrespected and my medications have been mismanaged from here for months. I came back thinking things would have changed, but they have not. This place is the worst. As a patient, I deserve more respect and I also deserve the right to inquire about my medication without being made to feel less than. DO BETTER. 0/5 stars.

Experience mirrors the other 1 star reviews of this place. Called in to ask if my Rx was received. They confused me with another patient of theirs with a different DOB and said the Rx was already sent out for delivery to arrive 2-3 days. When they found my correct patient information, suddenly the Rx is all out of stock along with its generic alternatives and they don't know when it will be back in. Right. When you sent out the same meds for delivery for the patient you confused me with.

Website needs to HIGHLIGHT the fact that they only accept prescriptions for "controlled substances" from pharmacists from 2 specific networks I have never heard of before. This is the 4th pharmacy I have tried because there is a national shortage on my prescription and I wasted another day or two on this stupid pharmacy because I had no idea. Thats more days without my prescription which is a schedule 2 drug meaning its addictive, meaning because I take it for my condition, I suffer worse than if I wasn't on it when I suddenly don't have it. That's flipping ridiculous to have such a small network for this and not make that really obvious so people don't waste their time when it is already hard enough!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst staff ever including the pharmacists I have to call 3 or 4 times for my prescription to be filled otherwise they don't fill it at all. They are so rude and not professional at all .
