This place is a joke. I have to beg for help & jump through hoops & hurdles on the phone following up (because they did nothing during the appt) just to be left with no real answers or recommendations. Worst of all, I’m left in pain. I have went to Ziegler for years but the last few visits he has rushed me out as quickly as possible and hardly even listened to me. Super frustrating and disappointing. Also the front office staff is as rude as could be. Save your money and don’t waste your time.

The first time I went here was over three years ago. I told them the problem and they checked me for many many problems only to tell me that I was right the whole time. They also told me my insurance was going to cover all the unnecessary tests they ran which it did not cover them I then was billed for $800+ that then got sent into collections. I have no clue how to get in touch with collections. So that negatively impacted my credit score.

And today I called to see if I could take my daughter as a walk in I was told yes as long as I get there before 4:15pm I got there at 4:05 they proceeded to tell me they can’t see her that they are full for the day. Walk-in’s have to have an appointment. Complete waist of time and gas.. I’d give zero stars if it was a option and I wouldn’t recommend that place to anyone and I’ll never go back.

Erica Millay PA-C is amazing! I was absolutely miserable last night. I was having a horrid dermatologic allergic reaction to something. I was really hurting and my skin looked like a weeping disease! When she walked in and it was like a ray of sunshine, personality + and best of all, she is brilliant!
She gave me an injection for immediate relief and Rx to go home. At 8am this morning she was calling to check on me ! 🙂 🙂 !
Her concern is genuine. She even has orders ready for me to go to a dermatologist if this is greater than her depth of knowledge. That is brilliance in itself. Meaning, she wants her patients to get better vs pretend to know it all.
The next day I feel better !! Her nurse, Lakeisha is personality + also. They made a bad situation an enjoyable experience!
Even though there can be on hold wait times, (which is not the fault of the staff. They can only talk to 1 person at a time and they are very busy), it is worth the wait. Erice Millay thank you for sharing your time, knowledge and expertise!!

Called on 1/15 to get information about getting a TB test. Went on 1/16 to get the test done. Front desk worker with the blue eyeshadow was completely incompetent, she told me I needed a doctors order and went to ask what to do and after 10 minutes of her not coming back I left. Very disappointed in this clinic. I’ve been getting PPD’s for 20 years. Never ever needed a drs order. I contacted the office manager who provided me additional information that was very confusing. Got the test done elsewhere. Without a dr’s order.

Do not use this facility. I did not have insurance and they said they would run a deposit amount and refund the difference. What they didn't tell me was the fee for the short 5 min visit for a possible ear infection was going to be $150.00. They charge by levels!!! The Dr was not a specialist and I was not impressed with the service. I had to ask for an prescription to fight the possible ear infection, that she could not even say that I had. Most office visits when you do not have insurance is only around $70.00. Which I would have been fine with. This company is a total rip off!!!

New to the area and have been to Baptist Urgent care before going here. Would definitely recommend over Baptist. The urgent care doctor at Andover was polite, thorough, and really sweet. Was in and out and to the pharmacy in no time. They take blue cross blue shield insurance. The bill was extremely reasonable.
