I have no complaints however, be prepared for extensive paperwork to fill out before being seen. But the receptionists were welcoming & helpful. And Dr Lucas was very thorough & he listens to your concerns. It was a good visit.

Pretty good. Front desk receptionist was helpful and nice. The doctors assistant was helpful. The doctor herself of course looked at my condition and put me on the path to more help via x rays. Unfortunately couldn't be done right then and there but that's expected.

I cannot be more grateful to dr. Saini in the office . But the office is run so poorly waited a few months to get authorization for Pt and now it has been 3 months for authorization for my knee injections I have called so many times to follow up and my insurance keeps insisting the authorization was never submitted trying to get the right person to really respond to numerous calls is impossible . I see they responded to my review it has been another 3 weeks pleading for someone to get back to me still no response it is so shameful I have no other choice I have HMo otherwise I would find another office

The visit was good Dr. Lucas look my injuries and ask the information and gave me the explanation about injuries I have to get C-Ray and see him again. He was very pleasant and easy to understand.

I came to this office bcuz my right shoulder was in constant pain and I could not lift/raise it nor pick up anything with weight, my whole arm was weak bcuz of the shoulder needing a joint replacement procedure that I can't do due to respiratory issue. I was examed by Dr. Shahin Sheibani-Rad, she is awesome, she gave me my injection and my shoulder felt a whole lot better, I currently go for Physical Therapy to fully regain use of the whole arm and is half way there with lessen pain. When I arrive to the office, I am always seen on time, sometimes as soon as I sign in. The whole office is meticulously clean as well as the examination rooms. The Dr. Assistant and the Front desk receptionist are always pleasant and answer any questions they are able to answer or confer with the Dr. for further information. I would strongly recommend this office for you orthopedic needs. If I could give it more stars I would !!
