Visited Dr.Madan at Culver City office in late 2021. She charged me and my insurance a full office visit (extra/on top of my annual exam) of more than $500. I was there for an annual checkup which was paid separately and simply mentioned that I had minor comfortableness on my knee. There was no exam done on that day, but I got the bill stating that I had extra medical services. I came back to the office for a separate visit a week after and paid it separately. Had no idea I got double billed by her for the same thing. I changed my PCP right after and will not recommend her to anyone else.

I'm very happy I found Dr. Madan, who I've been seeing for several years now. She is friendly, attentive, and listens carefully to my concerns. The nurses and office staff at this UCLA Health center are also great. I always leave the office feeling heard and cared for.
