The entire staff was so sweet. The Dr. was very nice he treated his staff with the up most respect plus he treated me the same way. I could not ask for a better oral surgeon.

I had a great experience at Impact! I appreciate the smile and great customer service from the front desk person. All the nurses and staff were attentive, helpful but most of all personable and caring. Thank you to the great staff at impact for making my experience a great one.

$94.00 and five minutes and still have yet receive a call. My son has a very painful wisdom tooth and didn't expect such a long wait on getting it removed. Other wise the staff were nice.

Quick service, excellent follow up. I have never had a doctor contact me after a surgery via phone to follow-up with me as a patient directly. I have had office staff contact me but never the doctor. Dr. Batson did and that meant a lot to me. They had my son in and out quickly and took wonderful care of him.

My daughter was put under general anesthesia for a dental procedure (tooth extraction as well as placing a bracket and chain to a canine that wasn't exposed). The chain was brought down to the incorrect side of the tooth, which caused us to have to come in for a second procedure to get it correctly placed for her orthodontia. The orthodontist said it's a relatively common procedure and she's never seen it messed up. I have no faith in this clinic or Dr. Batson

Follow up: she went in for a revision and he did it wrong AGAIN.
