A little over a year ago I began my journey through physical therapy. I had a great start beginning with the initial referral documents being given to the office receptionist. Let me say the front desk personnel are so personable and courteous . Thank you for always being a bright spot in my day! Teresa, Christian and Tiffany, you always took time to make sure I had the schedule I needed and reminded me of my appointments.
My journey of getting my range of motion back after my double mastectomy and regaining strength so I can be as close as possible to normal again has been made so much more manageable because of the wonderful staff.
From my first meeting with Shasta and her then student, Gabby, my experience has been nothing but the best. I always knew with each visit I was getting the very best care, exercises, and therapy possible! There have been so many encouraging words and positive words that have helped me through this long journey. Each person at the Flowers branch of Health Action has been so instrumental in my recovery. I started seeing Shasta at Health Actions for pelvic floor rehab. This can be something that is embarrassing and not ideal to work through.
