My experience at the Hatley Dental office was nothing more than excellent. Starting with the front desk, meeting Dr Nayla was so nice, the dental assistant Lucy & Dr John did a very thorough job of examining my mouth/teeth. Gentle, kind & forthcoming regarding the condition in my mouth. I’ll definitely return to this warm, inviting & professional office.

My first time. Had my annual cleaning and checkup. I was very pleased with the service. Sandra, the hygienist, was knowledgeable, compassionate and thorough. Good manner. Dr. Hatley was professional and I believe gave me sound advice.

This visit was better than my last. Alison did a great job! She was pleasant and I didn't feel like she was rushing to get my cleaning done. I told her about an issue that I'd been having, so rather than skipping that spot she gently scraped and polished. I've been a client at Hatley Family Dentistry for over 15 years. Mr. & Mrs. Dr. Hatley are both wonderful!

The office presents with cheeriness and a good bit of hustle & bustle. When I feel like the hygienist or dentist is rushing, I can get anxious. I have some history of my gums being pricked by sharp instruments. Also, I was immediately ushered to x-ray machine without any explanation (such as "It's been a year...."); I think that was a part of feeling rushed. In fact, I wondered if appointments were behind schedule and everyone was rushing to catch up.

I am very satisfied with the work I had done at Hatley Family Dentistry. I highly recommend this dentist. Dr. Hatley is great, as is the staff. I would say that they are really blessed with their office personnel, the woman who handled my insurance was very professional. She is an expert at taking care of insurance problems. I was very impressed. So hats off to Hatley Family Dentistry for a job well done!

I absolutely love Dr. Hatley she is very kind and always does a great job ( even if it hurts) she makes u feel better the office and everyone are so nice and have great customer service from the phone to the end of your visit this is the only dentist I will go to. 10stars
