I have read some good and some not so good reviews about this facility. I can state unequivocally that this place is first class from top to bottom! My dad has been in this facility for almost 3 weeks, and the quality of patient care has exceeded every expectation. From the administrators to the entire support staff, including cleaning personnel, I have witnessed nothing but exceedingly high levels of courtesy, attentiveness and professionalism! Every member is to be commended for their dedicated and caring approach to serving the patients at this facility!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Encore!! The care and love the entire staff showed my mother during her stay there was extraordinary. They were always so kind and loving toward my mother and were great at keeping me updated and in touch with her during this pandemic. My sister and I are so grateful and appreciative of the wonderful care she received at Encore!!

I've had my Mom at Encore since Jan. 2, 2020. Within two weeks everyone knew Mom's name and mine. They would update me about how she's doing. Since Covid shut down all nursing homes they let us do zoom calls with our loved ones and I can call all her caregivers and get updates on how she is doing. I appreciate the measures they have taken to ensure the safety of all the patients. I'm extremely happy, Mom's extremely happy and having her taken care of properly is the best feeling of all! Encore was not the first nursing home we tried. Encore was the one that was suggested but they didn't have any availability fora dementia patient at that time. The other nursing home was a nightmare. Encore is definitely the best solution for my Mom. If you have a choice choose Encore!

Thank all of your staff for the Thanksgiving festivities last Friday. My mother, my son and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The meal was fantastic. It brought joy to everyone. Thanks most of all for taking such great care of our seniors. Your care, love and passion really is unmatched.

My mother was there for a few weeks after hip surgery. Within a 4 or 5 week period the lost every stitch of her clothes. She left there in a hospital gown. They couldn't find a pair of her socks to go home in

Dont take any good clothes because you will never see them again. They told us they would deliver them to her home. Ha ha. Never happened.

Yall have no compassion for people's loved ones shame on you. If it were someone in your family then you would expect it. But when it's someone else's that's an absolute no no. How sad. I thank the good lord I don't and would never send a family member to be taken care of in this facility. Ever I just pray that to the people in your care wise up and find somewhere best suited to have and show empathy and show families there loved ones are in the best possible care. Your facility has no respect for clients and their families. I would love to see this place shut down.

Encore was a God Send to us. You all made us feel like Family. There are too many names to start naming but you know who you are, All the Staff was Sooooo Good to our Dad. God Bless all of you. My uncle stayed a total of 24 days. During our stay, when asking the nurses for help they came in the room sighing and whispering to each other. Also within 3 weeks he fell and broke a hip there. Not only were we not notified but it wasn't documented. He passed away the 4th week.
