A facility with staff that truly care about the residents. No matter the day you can see smiles in the hallway. The staff are there to answer your questions, if they don’t know the answer they will help you find someone who does. This is a place residents can enjoy their stay , whether it’s for a short while or a new place for them to call home.

Was recommended this facility for my uncle to be transferred to, worst decision ever and could not get him out of there fast enough. I was on the phone with him and heard a nurse screaming at him, she admitted that she did and tried to justify it. He was consistently having someone else’s clothes put on him as well as others wearing his. On the day we transferred him, January 19th a lot of his clothes were missing and unable to be located after i had emailed a list of his belongings a week before and told it would be ready. To date, January 25th his clothes have not been located. On the day I called and told them we had approval from the receiving facility they without my knowledge completed a NOMNC and sent to Medicare to stop his payment which I was never given, upon receipt of a copy of this after I spoke to a regional manager and reviewing it I was to be given 3 options and I was given none, they completed an answer and sent in. Revenue contacted me and in a short 3 minute call the balance he would owe changed 3 times. The regional manager I spoke with was extremely nice and understood my frustration and was having policy changes on the delivery of the NOMNC. I was constantly told that every evening he was doing something or causing some kind of problem, the new facility he is at respects him and is very nice, he has not had one incident at night. Due to their treatment of him which caused him to be upset and frustrated and them putting this on his paperwork it made it difficult to get him into another facility. Staff needs to understand what these people are going through and treat them as a person and give quality care as it affects more than the person there. There is plenty more I could say, but I definitely do not recommend sending a loved one here.

I've been trying to get someone to fix my moms television since she has been there almost 3 years now. Still not working!!! My mom also is having difficulty hearing. I've asked several times for them to have a doctor examine her. Still nothing!!! Very disappointed in this nursing facility. Update the Nursing home reached out to me. My concerns are being addressed.

This facility should be closed down, it is not fit for a dog. My aunt has been living there for several years. We have been trying almost the entire time to get her transferred to another facility. Every step along the way the staff at Embassy blocks us from getting her out. My aunt has had multiple items stolen, she went without glasses for a year, she’s diabetic and they would not get a podiatrist and to cut her toenails, she was supposed to be getting physical therapy and rehab and was ambulatory upon arrival but because of they would not give her physical therapy she’s now bedridden. The Staff lies and refuses to return phone calls, this place is nothing but a disgusting money hungry facility. Do yourself and your family member a favor and avoid embassy Health care at all costs.

Avoid this place at all costs. My grandmother was admitted to this nursing home after being in the hospital for a stroke back in November of 2022 and this place treated her horribly. They admitted her and claimed she tested positive for covid and informed my mother they were placing her in quarantine, after she was taken out of quarantine they suspected and treated her for pneumonia which they never contacted my mother about. They called her and told her about a scrape on her leg but not that they suspected she had pneumonia and were treating her for it. A few weeks later they called and said she wasn't doing well. They moved my grandmother to hospice at that time and my family showed up to see her. She was clearly in the end stages of dying and they didn't administer any pain management or the usual HAM combo (haldol, ativan, morphine) for over 8 hours while my grandmother was struggling. She was moaning in pain, gripping my mothers legs and hands so bad she was hurting her, she was curled in the fetal position and trying to bite herself, all the nurses told my mother was "we don't have the code yet" and claiming she wasn't in pain and she was just anxious. The nurses even refused to give my family the phone number of her doctor so they could call and talk to her. My mother forced them to send her to the ER section of the hospital so she would receive the medications she needed and it still took them an hour or so to get them. After that they only gave her ativan and .025mg of morphine and claimed they weren't able to give her anymore based on her weight, she was probably 100lbs at the time of her death. They essentially tortured my grandmother in the last 36 hours of her life. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES TO THIS NURSING HOME/HOSPICE.

I am so impressed with the incredible people who care for the residents. My Aunt had a great experience and was able to return home in no time after she fell and broke her hip. She really enjoyed the therapy. They made it fun for her.
