If you insist on extra house training to feel comfortable in homes by yourself they will fire you. Yuppp; They fired me before I started in the homes because I insisted they shadow train me on both shifts since I’d be working 16hrs alone single safffed; Are you kidding me? They fail to see the new staffs perspective of potential danger/liability they are putting people in , new staff have no idea what they’re walking into so obviously it’s for the protection of staff to see how the house runs for not just one shift but BOTH shifts. Very unprofessional and their reasoning why they refused to train me for both shifts is very shady like they really don’t care about their consumers and new staff concerns. I had no problem working in multiple homes, I just wanted to see for myself and ask much needed questions before I feel comfortable working by myself. The team leads result for expressing my concerns was to just let me go haha It’s no problem though not worth it working for cold hearted snakes setting me up for failure…Don’t waste you time here unless you like to be treated like dirt

If you love your family member, don’t let this company provide care. Understaffed, uneducated, uncaring and, abusive this company is out to make as much as they can from the suffering of others The state should really be investing this place. But hey, if you need a job. QLS will hire anyone. No drug screening either!

This place is definitely the creme de la creme of assisted living facilities when looking to make your "special loved" one somebody else's problem. Want somewhere that will basically make sure they don't kill themselves? Looking for the simple, most minimal effort possible? LOOK NO FURTHER!?!?

Surprisingly well-run skilled care facility. They're not perfect, but they try, and they CARE. One particular male LPN there is positively gifted as a caregiver.
