I’m willing to drive over an hour for a cleaning if that tells you anything.

The place is very clean and comfortable. The nurses were helpful and friendly. The only downside was they did not take my concerns with regards to exposing my child to X-rays and I also doubt the dentist capability as he couldn't drill and had to refer us to a pediatric dentist!
It would be okay if they did that before taking too many X-ray to discover after examination they have to refer us for more harmful radiation!!

I had a cavity filling 5 and a half months ago. At the time of service, I paid the estimation fee based on the treatment plan. Fast forward to 5 and a half months later to have a regular cleaning and afterwards I get a text with a link to a statement. I call the office and state that I had came in for a cleaning today and I received a bill for the visit. I was informed that the bill was for work done months ago and the remaining balance was what I owed. Not disputing I owe a portion as I am financially obligated per the disclaimer. But to receive the bill several months later with a status of 120+ days past due and be told that it took this long because I hadn’t came in since then is a little bizarre. Not to mention the fact that the week and day before I was called and texted to confirm the appointment but couldn’t get a bill at any point between then. Another funny thing, the estimate has my address on it… why not send a bill?

First time going was great, however it was 15 days past 1 calendar year since last visit and had to go through the new patient thing again. Get in to the chair and now they have to have new x-ray and giving me high anxiety I explained to her that their office set up was pushing buttons on my ocds that really had me frazzled. She made light of it and left without telling me and scared me showing back up without knowing she was there. Laught at me then told the DDS I was disrespectful towards her after she scared me the third time popping out and back in. So please be warned they have woke hurt feelings over scaring you with OCD

My initial work done at this facility was satisfactory with minimal adjustments to the lower partial.
I provided an upper bite impression for my upper plate when plans were initiated and my remaining top teeth were pulled.
I was provided a temporary upper plate to facilitate the healing process. This temporary plate closely mimicked my natural bite pattern.
My permanent upper was started with a gum impression on January 3, 2024. And justment, depth measurements, was made February 5, 2024.
On March 4, 2024, Dr. Hegman had the upper plate ready. The fit to the gums was perfect! It wasn't until I tried to eat that I realized that the lab, or whoever put the plate together had not used my bite impression.
My next appointment was March 25th and Dr. Hegman attempted to fit these upper teeth by grinding on my natural bottom teeth.
I was most recently told that I would have to schedule a "consultation" to rectify their error. My friend was charged $665.00 for a consultation . . Non-refundable.
I sincerely hope my health insurer will take note of this scam.

Absolutely excellent service & care. My daughter was able to get in immediately. I scheduled with a certain hygienist which put me better than a month out. I was 8 minutes late for my appointment and ended up seeing someone else anyway, who was great BTW, so no complaints. I'm glad to see that their expertise seems to stretch clinic-wide. I have been looking for a long time for the perfect dentists office and I think I have found it!

Outstanding customer service, professional and knowledgeable hygienist, spot-on dentist diagnostic work.

State of the art equipment that give a better experience to being in a dentist office. Xray equipment that I have not seen at ANY of the other dental offices in Texarkana.

Office staff handled the appointment schedule, called in an antibiotic to my pharmacy, and answered questions quickly and accurately. The prices were not only competitive, they were lower than all of the modern facilities I know of in Texarkana. The staff was able to work with my insurance to get me the co-pay I was expecting. I was provided an estimate of future services so that I can plan my visits and finances. This quality of customer service is not found at all dental offices.

Do not look for the building on Google Maps, you will only see a house that was recently removed.. This dental building is brand new and was built for dentistry.

I recommend this business.
