I went to see Dr. Leung about a large space between a couple of molars after Invisalign. Dr. Leung offered me a thorough exam of my alignment and bite yesterday and explained clearly and very completely my three options to correct this issue (and some others which were clear in photos taken by her staff). Everyone in the office was professional and courteous, and I appreciate that there was no “hard sell” as I experienced in another local practice.

Had my braces here (for cosmetic reasons) and was explained my “treatment plan” only for it to not be followed through by the Dr. When it came to removing my braces I asked about what was discussed and then was told it was “not required” even though it was discussed as part of my treatment plan! She was very well aware of the cosmetic plan in place, and my concerns throughout the 2 years of treatment. If this is your only option my recommendation is get your “treatment plan” in writing and as detailed as possible- don’t take no for an answers. At the end of the day - it’s your money you are paying for a service. Now a few years later (even though I wear my retainers religiously) I need braces again. My teeth should not be moving this much throughout the day from morning till night! I’ve brought this issue up to the Dr. during all my follow ups after removal of the braces and was told “we should’ve done the work while you still had the braces on”. You’d think as a Dr. who should know what they are doing would remember this or offer to correct their mistake. Instead it was ignored and dismissed. Definitely not worth the $7,000+ price tag. I expected better and wish she would take responsibility for this and rectify the issue. Because of this I would not recommending Dr. Nancy Leung. $7,000 and 2 years of braces down the drain. Thanks!

I have three kids now with Braces and Dr. Leung has been amazing from the beginning. Very friendly, accommodate my three kids appointment all at the same time. We have not had any issues with her or the office. I highly recommend Dr. Leung.

I'm always afraid when it comes to Dentists but I decided to invest in myself and start the braces process at 25 and I am so happy I did! I trusted Dr.Leung and her great staff and I finally have a smile that I am happy to show! I can't believe my teeth look as good as they do. I'm always sneaking looks in the mirror to look at my beautifully straight teeth haha. They are miracle workers. Everyone greets you with a big smile and good conversation. If you are considering braces, go to Dr. Leung. You will not regret it!
