I’m from out of state and needed a second opinion on an estimate on some work another Tucson dentist gave to me for work on two teeth one has a crown the other a filling
Well the first Tucson dentist told me I had a cavity under the cap plus the tooth with the filling had a cavity but because of it’s size needed to be crowned.
I wasn’t getting good vibes there.
Well I wasI referred to dr Rosales by a friend and I am so happy I went to see him, he wound up just refilling a tooth that had some decay and it cost me at total of $254.00. The first Tucson dentist quote me a dental plan of $ 3,200.00 . I’ve been down this road before and was not completely comfortable with the first dentist and I always follow my gut.
I’m glad I found dr.Rosales!! He’s nice, and did a great job! Why can’t all dentists be like him?
Thank you!!!

I'm torn about leaving a low rating. Dr. Rosales is a nice man and gental dentist. However, my daughter (8) has consistently gotten sub par work here. She recently (march) had a filling fall out, it was refilled and now it is abcessed. She has to either get it pulled or have a root canal. She had sealants put in and they lasted 2 months, maybe, if were lucky. I personally still have sealants from 25 yrs ago. Her resin fillings all turned a darker color than the original white. Last year she again had a tooth that needed a root canal that the doctor had previously worked on, we got tge root canal done and she still ended up having to pull it. I would NOT recommend this dentist to anyone. Also, front desk staff can be a little snippy at times. On a positive note I never had to wait for my appointments......
